I wonder if you might get these shaders from levelling factions above level 3... Can anyone with a high level Dead Orbit, FWC, or New Monarchy level comment?

Yes I can...my dead orbit rank is currently at level 12...well past the supposed rank 3 shader thats offered...and past the presumed rank of 10-11 that the shader is offered at as well...its random and anyone who says they earned it at any rank doesn't understand RNG...

I said level 3 because that's when you start getting mail packages.
