Though I whole-heartedly agree, I wish this was the biggest problem we're dealing with. It's not up there on my personal list.
On RNG, it's really just a computer rolling dice. It's an archaic mechanism that has no place in modern games. It's a crutch that we used to deal with when all we had were dice. At the very least, it must be improved so weights change over time. Essentially, we have to artificially impose the gambler's fallacy - the more you lose, the more likely you will win. At least then you have some point of mindless repetition where you are rewarded. The future of gaming must be free from the oppression of RNG - gamers unite!
