OK so I'm a lvl 24 hunter .. I've been lvl 24 for it seems like forever I've been doing the weekly an daily online an such but have only found 1 legendary... What gives What am I doing wrong lol I just need that jump to 26 for raids

Get to rank 2 with the vanguard or any other faction and buy legendary armor from vendors in the tower. Do bounties to level up your vanguard rank fast and do matchmaking strikes to get vanguard points to buy the equipment.
