Flux grenades are good, but they are the weakest sticky (lowest damage IIRC, definitely smaller AOE than either of the other two). Skip grenades are actually amazingly good if you can put them in the right place, but they are VERY finicky. If all four submunitions hit the same target for all their max hits, it causes similar damage to Flux on stick. But it is harder to do. However, Skips can also annoy scrums of enemies, where Flux are really single target IMO.
