Finally:-)
At last Virgin media are upgrading my broadband on Tuesday to 152mb and a load of other stuff in the bundle,at no extra cost.which is also going to lower the bill,why the hell they didn't say that in the first place.money grabbing gits! So I will hopefully be back on destiny soon,playing catch up:-( and please no see you next Tuesday jokes;-)

8 RepliesEdited by spankthemunkey1: 10/20/2014 10:48:44 PMhey matey, i have had virgin media for quite some time in fact many years, and had nothing but trouble with them. i am on 152 meg and ever since it was upgraded in june i barely get above 10 meg, i have to ring up every month to get money off of the bill, and then its only a tenner. they just tell you it's high utilisation and will eventualy be sorted. this has been going on with everything i have had from virgin . oh and not forgetting the never being able to get any catchup tv. there is nobody else that i can go with or i would have been gone ages ago. i really do hope you recieve a better service than i have had. please let me know how well you get on with 152meg.
