Vex Mythoclast Owners
I wanna get the general opinion of all the owners of the gun. I really like it, but if i didn't know any better, i wouldn't say it's the gun you get from being VoG on hard. I really hope that Bungie makes the proper adjustment when the say they will adjust the base damage. To me that adjustment is a 14-19% increase. Yes, I think it should be slightly OP. It's the hardest thing to get in the game. As for the PVE component, with them saying they will raise the attack level "above and beyond" other exotics, how much do you think that will be. I heard rumors the max level after the DLC will be 32, so my initial reaction was thinking it would hit 320, since they said it will be good for the next raid. When i brought this up to my friends however, they thought i was crazy(all non-mythoclast owners), and they thought it should be bumped to 400-500 attack. Obviously, since we haven't played with weapons with that high attack, we wouldn't know how the game would treat it. With that being said, what's your guys' feelings about the weapon.

3 Repliesmy initial feelings were that a 300 base damage the same as other exotic and legendary weapons was a joke considering the nature of the gun. When i heard about the update adjusting the base damage to show its a end game reward (kinder like what you got in the MGS series) i initially assumed it would be taken to atleast 400 if not higher. at the end of the day it is the ultimate weapon reward in game and should be treated as such
