From what i've read and experienced, it seems you need to grind the fk out of some rep. I got Thundercloud from crypturd at 24/25 rank, which im assuming might be a few ranks lucky. Aside from that I got nothing that nobody else has probably got. The other ranks seem to be around rank 10, which really sounds like a grind (you of course get a random shadder that should match colours they use).
This is a total pain and not to mention that the limited 9 slots on a character will be a problem in the future when and if players keep playing this game long enough to obtained 1/2 of them. The vault is actually tiny and i think even with the 27 slots from characters you still couldn't hold every shadder. The vault just barely has much more room then a character... wtf is with that?
Game is just so poorly done.

All of you stop complaining about destiny. it's the first time bungie's done a loot and shoot so ya it's going to have flaws but I think it's a great base for something they can build on and make better and I don't even see how people can find gender as a role factor in the game .

actually from what has been reported bungie had a killer game with trading and gambling for gear and it even had an awesome story line and that was what was hyped but activision market tested it with a bunch of 10 year old cod players and they could not understand the story and the teen rating meant the gambling was out and so the axe came down hard. i still think the lead writer who had been there since halo ragequit because of it but that is not confirmed or even talked about. the publisher has the power these days. man i am getting depressed talking about this myself. time to blow the heads off a few dregs in honor of the hell bungie had to go through to give us this much! <3 you guys

Cryptass is a fickle douche. Took me to rank 35ish to get God of War on my hunter. I'm at rank 58ish now and haven't seen any shaders or legendary engrams since. Got my GoW on both my Titan and my Warlock with both being under level 15. Still haven't seen a single Thunderdevil which is harshing my mellow something fierce.

My husband got God of War like level 5 with Cryptach while I get NOTHING. And he continue to get Frostfire, Thunderdevil plus others while I get 0.

RNG, it's not biased.

It's kinda biased, and my husband figured out a way for me to have "better luck" with shaders and engrams. Because he has been very lucky with RNG. We have been trying it out and it did improve for "my luck".
