The game was not to make yours self legend in how you looked and what armor or weapon you had. You were to become legend in saving the world from the darkness. the game was not meant for there to be 1000000000000 ways to make your toon so yo could be unique no matter what.. for there would always be someone else that would do the same as you or copy you. So there was never going to be true total uniqueness ever in the game. And no they do not have to let you change every little thing about your toon just because you want too. This game does not really have to have that level of customization just because you think it does.
