I've heard, but despite having a month to compile info no one can say specifically HOW to get it or where it comes from. It seems to be another RNG drop with a super low drop rate, which does nothing but annoy people 9 times out of 10. I'd like to participate in using it since I always WANTED to play this game wearing all black...but I can't get it to drop. Am I complaining? Slightly, I'd consider this more constructive criticism. I just want to be able to upgrade my character to look the way I WANT it to, not be stuck with the same generic 4-5 shaders to pick between all the time when there are so many more options out there.

I have like 8 or 9 shaders and I think almost all of them were from crucible. That's where I got my thunderdevil. I'm not very good at crucible either...
