Ubisoft is publishing divisoon not developing it last i checked. Your right watchdogs was craptastic.
And the assassins creed lock was cuz of the advanced ai and amount of npcs on screen....these are not high end pc rigs we are playing on.

Edited by Fawkzi: 10/21/2014 5:24:23 PMUbisoft both publishes and develops, it has it's publishing and it's own in house development team, for example "Ubisoft Montreal" develop Assassin's Creed games. but Publishers hold all of the cards anyways, Just like Activision and EA, if you supply the money you control the workers.
