How? That is comparing two different things. The nascent classes are balanced. If not, gear is not the way to address that. Gear imbalanced.

I don't know what u mean by imbalanced, I find warlock gear better than my other classes and got my warlock level 29 in 3 days!

The classes are balanced. If they were not, gear wouldn't be the way to address that. So, the gear is imbalanced.
