Your argument is that titans are weaker than locks and need better gear to catch up?
The classes are balanced. Gear is not.
Locks do not even have an option for exotic leg slot.

All classes have their strengths. In crucible i may get killed by a titans super, but i can use radiance with my voidfang vestments and have two grenades to throw before they realize im not still dead. Warlocks are just as balanced. All classes have 7 pieces of exotic gear at the moment.

The classes are balanced. The gear is clearly not balanced. Warlocks uniquely lack counterparts to some of the best gear available to other classes. I assume this is accidental.

I look at yhe fact that if they gave sunsingers or voidwalkers the ability to get a third 3rd colomn ability (the extra that is offered to titans from 2 diff helms for supers) they'd be OP as hell. Super nova that breaks into 3 and has vortex... damn. Or self rez with decreased incoming damage, it would be too ridiculous.
