Exactly! So Heart of Praxic Fire, which boosts a Sunsinger's grenade refresh during Radiance even more, is super-powered, right?
Seriously dude, it's like SSJ4 Sunsinger. Try it if you haven't. And again, Sunbreakers are NO slouch. Compare Sunbreakers to No Backup Plans... which is the better gear there?

You think an armour perk is the same as a class perk which is limited to the super with its cooldown, and limited to one subclass, and for a totally different "grenade"? This is grievously irrational, yet typical of responses to my post.
