Teacher rips students shirt off leaving her exposed to her classmates.

There is a video in the link. The 15 year old girl was humiliated in front of her class. I know it's the teacher's responsibility to keep the students safe and in class but you don't grab someone like this.
What should happen to the teacher? What do you think of this? And I bet if this was a male teacher he would be facing jail time.

Not hot don't care But if a teacher even put a finger on me I'd pull my knife out and cut it off. Where I go knifes are common but never used but kept handy. No touchy touchy
