I have no problem with the males making a female character but in my opinion he female character model in this game doesn't look very good and makes the character look kind of anorexic

Anorexic is not a body type, but I get what you mean. Still... Man, those hips. And butts. I don't play as female, but the female characters of this game are way far from being extremely thin.

My only problem is how skinny It gets at the waist it's just u proportionate

Well, I haven't really taken into much detail when observing the female model, but that's just a matter of liking I guess.
