I disagree, but toh may to, toh mah to. The only ting the pre-sequel has going for it is good class design. other than that..it just feels like a 60 dollar DLC to BL2 The legs basically blow. You get your best leg farming from watching vendors. 1/2 the bosses don't respawn (yet still have unique legendaries you can only get from them). The best gun for wilhelm, imo, is a purple quest laser. There is not a leg of each gun manufacture/gun type ( no maliwan laser makes me cry ). The pre-sequel has some questionable plot holes/story issues. Don't get me wrong I'll still waste way too many hours in it, but I enjoyed BL1 a lot more than tPS.
