I'm going to give Plan C a tryout before I judge it fully.
Funnily enough, I got Light/BEWARE from a blue after I got back to the tower, so I have to look into that as well…
[i]Sigh…[/i] I just want to level up Found Verdict…

Plan C is quite a good weapon. Get used to its charge time and it will present you with many kills under your belt.
