I've raided with a 25 before. He got more kills then half the team...

Yah I know that just say you need to give people a shot at the raid.

Sure, I'm just saying that they would be a more effective member of the fireteam at a higher rank, due to the damage reduction. The VoG isn't the place to carry people.
