I've Chosen Not To Purchase Suros Twice, AMA. What About You?
So the Suros Regime is in practically everyone's hands, the crucible are now belong to Suros. How does a guardian survive without the most noob friendly gun in the game? AMA
Passed twice on the Suros Regime, an AR that shoots sort of like an automatic hand cannon with no recoil. I've decided to avoid buying it twice, I still do fine in the crucible. AMA
Suros Regime might be for you if the following apply:
A) You can't control recoil and suck at FPS games.
B) You have to be on top of the score chart in the crucible with minimal effort.
C) You suck at using other weapons: hand cannons, scout rifles, pulse rifles, auto rifles with recoil.
D) You suck at using real auto rifles.
E) Probably all of the above.

4 RepliesIf you want a weapon that challenges you then pick Suros, I think it's the only exotic gun in this game that has a nerf for an upgrade.

Also, what criteria need to be met for an auto rifle to be considered "real?"By the way you're making it sound, the definition of a real auto is: An auto rifle that is mediocre and cannot compete with certain others. -- I'd rather use an imaginary, make-believe one that wrecks.

i bought it this week, i just collect exotics, so i want to maximize it and i decided use it over the last word, i use it too on pvp... it's that bad? i mean, it's a game, let the people use whatever the -blam!- they want dude...

I got it today. Really like it for pve but not a fan of it in pvp. I'd rather use monte carlo and red death, but hell I suck at pvp so what do I know lol.

To be honest I baught it and I am garbo with it at the moment. This is coming from so one who avidly uses the monte carlo in pvp and always top of the score charts.. i went negative for 4 straight games I might have to put it on the back end and go back to my pox vlo

I got mine from the Raid. I still get killed a lot by other stuff. But I've usually been 1 or 2 on my team before I got it

Where's the "I bought it to add to my collection of exotics"? As a Borderlands player I've always made it a point to collect all legendary equipment I can whether I need it or not.

I feel as though this game has no real direction as to if it wants to be an MMO or a FPS. Bungie would be better off with a massive update with many more exotic, and legendary armor and guns. everyone if running around with the same stuff on and the same weapons in the crucible where is the fun in that. The raids are suppose to give you stuff you cant find anywhere else yet if we wait long enough we can buy it from XUR. If they want to be an FPS then eliminate the different weapons and armor and expand the game play. PERIOD

I passed on it twice but only because I have an abundance of good primaries already. Epilogue for raid, shadow price for pvp and Monte Carlo when i feel like rocking an exotic.

I literally just purchase exotics to collect them. I never use Suros in PvP as I'm not an über scrub. The only exotic I use is Thorn because it's so bad it's funny killing people with it, and Monte Carlo because it looks slick.

Bought it from Xur the first time round, I don't think its as OP as people seem to think. I much prefer using hand cannon in PvP and PvE.

But to respond, I don't have it. Didn't have enough coins. Spent them last week and I don't have multiple high level characters to double up. Just started a second character. So I'll be missing out twice.

I bought it primarily for pve. When playing crucible I use my vision of confluence or shadow price and a sniper. I imagine I will be dominated by the suros in the coming weeks... Or will I?

Got it from a legendary engram before patch, haven't used it since it went up on Xur's market.
