I've Chosen Not To Purchase Suros Twice, AMA. What About You?
So the Suros Regime is in practically everyone's hands, the crucible are now belong to Suros. How does a guardian survive without the most noob friendly gun in the game? AMA
Passed twice on the Suros Regime, an AR that shoots sort of like an automatic hand cannon with no recoil. I've decided to avoid buying it twice, I still do fine in the crucible. AMA
Suros Regime might be for you if the following apply:
A) You can't control recoil and suck at FPS games.
B) You have to be on top of the score chart in the crucible with minimal effort.
C) You suck at using other weapons: hand cannons, scout rifles, pulse rifles, auto rifles with recoil.
D) You suck at using real auto rifles.
E) Probably all of the above.

I passed it up the first time because I dont like auto rifles I prefer hand cannons and scout rifles. Ended up getting it from the nightfall regardless so it sits in my vault. No need to waste coins on it this week

This is one of the last exotics I needed, but other than testing it on some dregs I haven't used it. Leveling Plan C, then P&T, then we'll see what's after that. I use Thorn in the crucible and it really pisses people off. Doubt I'd have as much fun with Suros

Btw you forgot to have the option of "i got it in pvp/not from xur." on a side note... wtf was bungie thinking having xur sell this gun twice. They give the community an opportunity to by one of the top 5 exotics in the game (imo), not once but twice.... then when they come out and say AR's are too powerful and we are nerfing them, their reasoning is because they don't want everybody in crucible to just use the AR's lmao.... so you give everybody that plays this game one of the best guns in the game, then you get upset when everyone uses said gun, so your solution is to nerf it. Yet you can still be one shot by a fusion rifle from crazy range and the shotgun is still for the most part a one shot kill from decent range as well. Btw, SIAP, but just wanted to touch on people that were complaining in another thread about how they hate constantly getting people using their supers as soon as they see one person in a 1v1 situation, or "panic buttoning". I wonder how people would recieve a playlist in crucible that allowed the guardians to still have all other abilities but just no supers, as like a weekend event playlist to try out how people would like it. Some might say that it would defeat the purpose of this game and make it too much like halo/COD but lets be honest... there will always be people on this game that enjoyed those games as well, why not let them see how it would feel in this game with a more "bare bones" approach? Or for people that complain about dieing from supers constantly, i wonder if there would be a way for them to just start tracking a stat as to how many times out of all your deaths in a match, you died from someone's super. I know it would be a small consolation, but if i died 6-10 times in a match(if i die more than that i consider it a horrible game) and afterward i could look and see the stat and say oh well 50-75% of my deaths were because of a super, it would make me feel a little more vindicated in having died that many times and give a little more incentive to not be as frustrated because you're not just looking at a death toll and wondering, "how the -blam!- did that happen?"

I've also been destroyed by people with the suros. It's not overpowered at all. Honestly people should stop crying about "OP" guns when they really suck ass. Again, I'm not a very good crucible player or anything, but seriously it isn't about the gun, it's about the player. I've dominated with the first auto rifle in the game as a level 30. No upgrades and frankly not that good stats, well obviously it's a level 1 with 20 attack lol. My point being it's about the player, not the gun. Same with other games. Ex: Fifa. I've been wrecked by a silver team when I had a full good team and I've done the same as well. Stop complaining and get good. That's what I'm working on Edit: I just logged on to get the suros this morning. Haven't ever used it yet

I passed the first time cuz. I had Monte Carlo. I got worked by this gun all the time in PvP would have bought it this time but got it from Atheon on normal. Coins saved

3 RepliesComplaining might be for you if A) you're over generalizing people that use AR'S and are a desticle. B) You assume your weapon choice means you're better than someone else, even though you are both pressing the same exact buttons. C) You're on a pedestal of your own ego. D) You're a pvptard and think the rest of the game should be built around your opinions. E) You hate AR'S because it's the popular thing to do. My point? Shut up. You and everyone who complains about a particular set of weapons needs to grow a pair and stop getting killed by those weapons, that is the real reason you are complaining, if you weren't dieing from this particular category of weapons you wouldn't give a shit.
