Yeah, Borderlands is really cartoony - either you like that or you don't, no middle ground there . . . and it's not the worst reason ever, nor is it a lame reason if you don't like overly cartoony, heavily outlined, 2D looking graphics. . . I played BL 1 and 2 extensively and it's OK but after awhile it became "Boringlands" . . . Destiny's gameplay, thin story or not, will last way longer for me.
