OP Why don't you go back and replay the story missions in order. Maybe then you'll understand the story. I don't see why so many people whine about a story, That is suppose to last for 10 years....

The story isn't there, gears of war has been going on for over ten years and each game had a full story. Even the most simple of people can't say that we got the game that was touted.
