Im stuck at dismantling 10 fusion rifles... how'd ya get them been days with no luck, sadly,

I had to buy mine from the gunsmith. I had no problem finding those until I got to that part of that bounty.

If you like fusion rifles, it might be worth it. I prefer sniper rifles.

Keep checking the gunsmith, eventually he'll sell what you need.
