Vanguard Armory, Collector's Edition Digital Content Pack, Expansion Pass problems

I'm on a UK PS3 and pre-ordered the PS3 Limited Edition from Amazon US, since it wasn't available from UK retailers. I used Bungie's [url=http://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11892]official boar workaround[/url] to install the game, and eventually got my non-working Vanguard Armory, Collector's Edition Digital Content Pack and Expansion Pass codes replaced by Activision using their [url=https://support.activision.com/DestinyCodeSupport]online form[/url]. I have downloaded all 3 from the PSN store, but neither the Vanguard Armory or the Collector's Edition content appear in game. I have re-downloaded them again and again. Today I discovered that only one out of the 3 will appear in the XMB's Game Data Utility - whichever I download first. So if I download the Vanguard Armory, that appears in Game Data, but subsequent downloads of the Expansion Pass and Collector's Digital Content Pack do nothing. If I then delete the Vanguard Armory, I can install either of the others, but only one at a time. No matter which is installed, nothing appears in-game. On twitter I've asked Bungie, BungieHelp and PlaystationEU about this, but received no response. If anyone has any clue how to fix this, I'd be hugely grateful.
