Option 4: I didn't have enough strange coins either time.
Works out well though. I have Shadow Price, and I can still use the Icebreaker as my secondary.

Yep. Not enough coins here either, but grabbed a Dr.Nope and got one of the very nice Legendary Scout Rifles yesterday. The assumption that every one of us is rolling in Strange Coins is not quite accurate.
