why can't I wear this cloak on my warlock?

It looks so cool, and it's just a dang cloak, what makes hunters so special? Am I not huntery enough to put on a cloak? I mean I can put on a hat just fine, but I guess a cloak is out of my league.

Ehh, hunters look much better without the cloak. Warlocks are badass. If you want a cloak oh so bad, switch class
