Having two people barking out commands is terrible for cohesion. I suspect he is a good leader given the sound advice (Read advice, not rules) he has offered people.

(so it appears your statements contradict your so called beliefs) I personally believe nobody should be barking anything everyone should chip in with knowledge of what is going on around the map. nobody likes a bossy know it all and nobody likes the OP's pet.
