Actually, for the normal raid, no mic is not an issue as long as you're listening or know what you're doing. I've never been on a raid where everyone had mic and the problem wasn't the no mic man, but the ones not listening. Hell, one time the 2 no mics were carrying the rest through.

Lol 2 ppl with no mics would never carry a team on the raid.

Yes, they did. I knew what they were doing, so tried to coordinate. The other 3 guys wasn't doing so hot, but the 2 no mics really kicked ass. One was the relic holder on the templar fight, everyone else died, he stayed alive and revived the rest. This week, he came to raid with his lvl 26 char, he had the most kills and the best k/d ratio at the end, rest of the team were 28 and 29.
