Well, why finish it legit when you can glitch it faster? I dont see why not, you just save everyones time. And also, hunters are pretty useless for the vault.

It is actually, glitching is the far easier and faster way so its obvious that people would use this method. And hunters.. Well their grenades and supers suck, utterly useless, especially when pushing things off cliffs

I was gonna say the same thing. Hunters are not useless, it doesn't say 'raid is only for titans and warlocks'. Bungie made it to played by all.

I meant the hunters supers and grenades are pretty useless. There guns and everything is no different (of course) but we dont have those huge aoe grenades or kill EVERYTHING supers that other classes do, and boy do i really want to revive myself or have a big bubble. Haha

You might want to correct yourself in saying Hunters are useless for glitching in the VoG, however doing legit, GG can be a real powerhouse against Atheon with Time's Vengance.

Hunters are extremely helpful with a ranged super if you kill the bosses instead of pushing them off. During time's vengeance when everyone has unlimited supers, a hunter with golden gun can take down a serious chunk of Atheon's health. The hunter grenades are just as helpful too, especially the trip mine grenade if used outside the spawn caves of the enemies. The only time the grenades are less useful is if you're trying to push the templar back instead of taking his shield down, or trying to guide Atheon toward the edge.

Ice breaker averages more dps than golden gun during time break. Using your special just screws over your team. More time fighting = better chance to fail.

Oh goody, made up statistics. I love made up statistics. Here's two that aren't made up for you: 100% of the time my group has had hunters using their ranged super and 100% of the time we've succeeded at killing Atheon quickly. The fastest time we've had for an Atheon kill was with a team of five hunters and one warlock.

Ice breaker max does 19k damage on atheon, way more than golden gun. Considering the fastest time atheon was done legit was done with galjhahorn/ice breaker speaks for itself. Don't lie to people to make yourself feel better for picking the worst pve class in the game. Look on the bright side hunters have the best advantage in pvp.

The golden gun can get more shots in during time's vengeance than you can with the ice breaker. The powerhouse in your example is the gjallarhorn, which dwarfs the ice breaker. I'm also not sure where you get the idea that I'm lying to people...nothing I've said was a lie. I also have 3 characters, one of each class, so you're wrong again kid. If you're actually good at PvE, all 3 classes can be utilized equally well. Perhaps your playing style is a little to monochromatic to be good with a hunter.

Kid? Assumptions. Your warlock has what 4 abilities unlocked? Yea you are so great with all 3 classes, as you claim. You forget the fact that you have to enter super to shoot with takes a tick or two off of the times vengeance, sure if you have the helmet you might get one to two shots off but it doesn't change the fact you can get 8 ice breaker shots off at 19k a pop. If it takes your team more than two times vengeance to kill atheon, you're doing it wrong.

For a player with skills, all 3 classes can be utilized equally well in the raid. I didn't say I was great with all 3 classes. Reading comprehension is your friend. I know, it can be difficult to follow along sometimes. You said I had chosen the worst pve class, I informed you that I had not in fact chosen just one class. Try and keep up. I also stated that perhaps the issue is that you're not good with the hunter, which is supported by the fact that your hunter has entered 0 raid activities and cleared 0 raid activities. Do not speak of that which you do not know. Get a few raid clears on that hunter and then you can talk to me about it. Until then, I'm done with you, kiddo.

Or I can use the experience of those who have done the raid. At the end of the day hunters golden gun special doesn't out damage either galjhahorn or ice breaker, so by using the special YOU'RE making it harder because it is going to take longer to complete. Man, when will idiots understand that concept?

My golden gun doesn't even do half of my ice breaker they are pointless on the boss's the only thing I use my super in the raid for is when we go in the portals so the guy with the relic doesn't chance dying

I don't think people realize that im a hunter.. I know what I can do ad what other classes can do. My supers and grenades.. Not good. GG is okay, but needs to do more damage as my ice breaker can do a lot more. If i didnt have any supers or grenades it probaly woudn't make a difference in the outcome of the raid.

Hunters are great in the vault, us warlocks become useful for self revive only, hunters gg is great anywhere and titan bubble easily let's a team clear atheon in one less phase.
