Pulse rifles aren't supposed to be full auto either yet the bad juju exists. Fusion rifles aren't supposed to fire like a scout let alone be a primary yet the VMC exists, shotguns aren't supposed to fire in full auto yet the invective does, they also aren't supposed to be primaries, yet the universal remote is. These are all exotics, they are unique as is the suros, as for the suros "sniping", they nerfed its stability too hard so no it cannot do that.
