helping lower members
I am a member of several groups on the forum and recently I have seen more and more lower levels requesting help and being ignored because everyone wants level 28+ members for VoG or nightfall.
I have decided to take it upon myself to make sure I help those lower levels rather than take the easy route and go with all higher members. I did the raid twice last week with 2 groups where the highest member other than me was 26. It took a bit longer but everyone now knows what they are doing and can enjoy it for themselves.
I even got to help with a level 9 who I found while patrolling who was getting stuck on a level, dropped them a message and joined in making it a walk in the park for them.
I am going to be dedicating my playing days for November to helping out the lower guys and running through the raid with them showing them the chests and tricks etc.
Hopefully my fellow Guardians will join me and spare their time to help out, just post your gamertag and I will note them all here if anyone is stuck.

I'm looking for help with the raid. I have yet to do it once because everyone always wants level 29+. I'm a mid level 27 titan with both subclasses complete. If anyone is willing to help my GT is MudKota and I'm on x360.

Last week I decided to accept any and every fireteam invite, no matter what the character level or what they were doing. It's been great. I'm not grinding gear or materials like I could be but it's been more fun

We took a level 24 and a 25 on the VOG the other night it can be done easily if people listen instead of thinking they are better than people just because they are a higher level than someone else level doesn't = skill

3 RepliesMy friend and I found a level 2 that just joined with no mic added him, he could hear us but he had no mic, My friend and i pretended we were in game NPC type characters and took him around earth to chests, locations, tips, invited him to our clan Fallout 207. We talked as our charicters and we thought we would help this player get some more story from the game through us as guardians. IT was very fun and he sent us a message after saying he had such fun and that we were the best most helpful NPC's he had met. Destiny is about making your won story

I am a level 26 warlock 26 hunter and 24 Titan. I haven't done the raid or nightfall strike so would be of no use there but would be happy to help any of the lower level players on anything else. I'm on EST and typically get in from work and on by 8pm week nights. GT Xbox one is Sweetazsugar

I would be glad if someone helped me through nighfall i am lvl 27 warlock ps3, my nick is R-O-Gunned, im sitting here and waiting for people i tried it yesterday with some low levels but we just came to the end boss and died :(

I'm a level 25 warlock, member of clan, and only playing Destiny once in a while now. Despite there is a lot of negativity around the game it's nice to read there are people like you and your friends enhancing the experience for others :). My very first community post but wanted to share this.

I usually solo the heroic daily on LVL 28 if anybody lower level cares to join me and might be willing to pay it forward then by all means, join me Ps4 - Bravesilentdude I usually run it around 6-7 pm PST M,TU,TH,F,SA,SU 8-9 pm PST Wednesday. Also like to do the weekly. 29 Titan 26 warlock 25 hunter
