helping lower members
I am a member of several groups on the forum and recently I have seen more and more lower levels requesting help and being ignored because everyone wants level 28+ members for VoG or nightfall.
I have decided to take it upon myself to make sure I help those lower levels rather than take the easy route and go with all higher members. I did the raid twice last week with 2 groups where the highest member other than me was 26. It took a bit longer but everyone now knows what they are doing and can enjoy it for themselves.
I even got to help with a level 9 who I found while patrolling who was getting stuck on a level, dropped them a message and joined in making it a walk in the park for them.
I am going to be dedicating my playing days for November to helping out the lower guys and running through the raid with them showing them the chests and tricks etc.
Hopefully my fellow Guardians will join me and spare their time to help out, just post your gamertag and I will note them all here if anyone is stuck.

6 RepliesI have a level 29 and a level 2 and level 1 character. Would love to help out as well and I'm on PS4. I play most evenings and most of the weekends usually. Have been through the VOG once but would love to go through it alot more both to help others make it as well as get better myself. Add firebythewater on PS4 for any assistances I can provide ;). I also am starting an open to all clan called Queensryche if anyone needs a good home :)))

5 RepliesPlease remember to post what console you are playing on to make it easier for everyone to help out. We managed to get a group up to the gatekeeper on hard last night with 4 members being new to the raid. Their next run through should be a lot easier hopefully now they know how it works. Huge thanks to all those who have assisted others through this post, keep up the good work!!

Difficult to play raid due to limited time and interruptions in home. This morning I've got 4 hrs to dedicate if a group had the patience to show me the ropes. GT: GnatsFart

Interested in joining fellow newbie raiders in destiny. I use to do end game raiding back in WoW so I have patience learning raid mechanics and enjoy the grind of progression and have fun while doing it. PS4 tag : R0N1N_ON3 ( "0" in ronin is a zero ). Glad to know that some fellow gamers are willing to spare some of their time helping others progress in this game.

Im not low level per say. Im lvl 28. But i have yet to attemp or complete bothe the raid and nightfall instances. Due to my lack of suitable weapons i cant solo them. If one of you experienced raiders could perhaps show me the ropes? And in turn i could help the lower level players that i meet. Im on ps3. My psn is fadedallways
