Please help. Iv tried everything

Two weeks ago when I first started getting the problem I was playing in a game alone and was dissconnected. When dissconnected I got a caterpillar error. But from that point whenever i tried to play I could only be in a game for around 5 minutes before getting booted off the game and disconnected from Live. This happened constantly everyday for that past two weeks, my record of staying on the servers is 12 minutes and yes I counted. Iv called Microsoft 4 times, activision twice, my internet provider twice, and this is the second time im reporting my issue on the forums. Iv been so stressed that im getting a massive headache. And yes I forwarded my ports properly. Can you help me?

  • The fact that you're getting disconnected from live as well makes it seem like it's a problem with either your modem/router/ethernet or your ISP. if you've already checked with your ISP, check your modem or router. Do any of your other devices lose their connection?
