What about the people that paid for it already? There are no refunds in these kind of transactions. They'll feel screwed over if you get it for free because you spent $40 on nothing.

Again please read the comment in bold, not asking for the paid for DLCs. We are asking for a DLC to fix the story that no one should pay for.
