In my experience doing the raids weekly, it has become some what of what feels like strike farming. I only need one piece of gear and exo and ill have everything obtainable from raid. So I go with hopes of getting one piece of gear and walk out with additions to my stacks of already large shards/energy. I don't even consider it a "Raid" anymore. 2 boss fights with lack luster phases is just sad in my opinion. Seems like you spend more time going from point A to point B rather than doing the fights. I'm by no means tooting my own horn and saying I'm the greatest player. I've found though that the casual, play twice a week players, still have no issue learning the mechanics and completing the fights. So far the only thing I can confirm is, if a player is bad, no amount of work inside a raid zone with people who depend on you to do a job will ever give you experience. These people need to learn to play in general. As of right now they collect their gear because they can. If and when this gets patched like they said it would be, these players will quickly find themselves up "ship" creek without a paddle. That I'm 100% for.
