They did, within reason the story they have told could be defined as "Rich" by your average juror, I personally think it told a good story, not a great one but a good one and was worth the dollar value. There are others who would say the same as well. Thats the issue with operations driven corporations, they have lots of money and are fine with doing the minimum if they profit off of it
