When I was able to max regen on my hunter, I couldn't have done it fast enough. It's tipping the scales though - I raid every week with both characters and it's like night and day going from my titan to my hunter. If I max regen - I have no armor and vice versa. Hunters could be doing way more in PvE.... PvP I feel they do very well.
