Only thing I don't agree with is the titan bubble shield being able to shoot out, but not in. That thing is already annoying, but if a titan could just set up shop with a sniper rifle while in his bubble I'd never touch PVP. Also the armor lock idea you had. While it's cool, it destroyed halo reach. Everything else was cool.
