So many things wrong with the concept of raid matchmaking.
Communication?
Gear?
Who hosts the party?
What if they don't join the party?
What if they don't have a mic?
What if they're stupid(too late already in raid!)?
What if they're lv 25 in normal raid or lv 28 in hard raid?
What if they're just there to troll?
