Halloween Pumpkin head!!
I swear i saw a dude with a halloween pumpkin head; I thought it was a new head gear but then it disappeared. Wierd huh?!?!?!

Jacolyte. Check your inventory and use it. It's awesome if you have a headset on. (You'll hear screams and the howling of wolves in the background.)
