Iron Banner was a joke, its was nothing more than a renamed standard crucible. Bungie tried to cover their tracks on the matter saying gear only counted for 20% and yet a level 4 could go in with the stock gear and do the same damage against a level 28 as in standard crucible. Gear litterally meant nothing in the Iron Banner.
