The level advantage isn't really existant from lvl30 to 24 but lets be honest, at least thats better than a level 3 -blam!- a lvl20. That was the intention of the iron banner, it was also the complaint of the people xD. I did miss out the part with the point of people not having to win to get a reward. I do agree with you on that part, it's just catering of the losers but oh well, we can't really do anything about that, the gaming community is too broken these days to make a stand against that :(. Adding to that, for me and you getting to lvl28/29 isn't hard but there are casuals who are still sitting on the lower levels struggling to find their way to lvl25 believe it or not o.o.

And all that does is alienate the players without a 20. They should go in knowing they'd get Merced. And my complaint about IB is that you get items that turn into rep for LOSING aka exactly what the IB wasn't supposed to be rewarding to: LOSERS.
