I'm pretty sure you misunderstood. It's saying that PS people get timed exclusive until next fall. They will get exclusive access only a short time before Xbox owners until next fall when the timed exclusives stop. Not that they have access for an entire year before Xbox owners

I hope you're joking because Uh, "until next fall" IS access for an entire year. Normally I don't care about timed exclusives...But a year? A YEAR? That's a seriously Dick move.

It's a year of timed exclusives. So for a year they will get content a few weeks or so before Xbox owners. After a year the timed exclusives will stop and then we will get the content at the same time

Everything I've read is saying that PS owners get the content at release while Xbox owners don't get it until next year. Some articles even state that Xbox won't get the Dust Palace until DECEMBER 2015. That's ridiculous.
