4 RepliesBungie made the best story line for Destiny, but the good stuff got cut out or locked away. Many of the features in the expansion pack were ready for us to play in but Bungie needed more money so they locked away the locations. The story line in one point a person named Crow captures you and brings you to his lair, there you meet some ex-guardian who lost their ghosts. When you talk to them they reveal the truth of the Traveler and the Speaker. They are causinh the darkness. All this time the hive was trying to stop them. This was a huge part cut out of destiny, also the developers mentioned gambling and trading, we dont see that either. Crucible was known as Faction Wars until Bungie cut out the main faction.

Damn.. I really like this game. It's got it's flaws but those can be fixed later on. Very ones complaining about the nerf on the exotics when honestly if you're good it shouldn't really make a difference. I'm not really the best but I enjoy playing it. I'm kinda bummed about this dlc. I will get it anyways because I have the season pass but I was hoping for some new planets to explore Ya know? And truthfully I'd rather have more story modes and stuff than crucible but that's just my opinion.

Meanwhile there is still an active amount at peak times of 3.1million signed in on Destiny just like it has been for a whole month now. Bungie-1 Everyone-0 whilst we sit back whine and complain, just remember they do listen, so much kids whined and cried about the vex being nerfed, they took time to get around it and make up a lie and say it was not supposed to be nerfed in PvE. you should not be complaining to bungie, but to the system you are running on, remember dlc perks such as playstation having extra on release of expansion I is due to the fact sony rightfully payeed for such perks to draw in money, not only is it 'unfair' to your eyes as people are paying the same price on xbox, but your eyes are failing to read that content will eventually release for xbox too in 2015, thus you cannot cry about spending the same amount of money for 'less' content, it's down to how dedicated you are to the game to sit around and wait for it, have you even seen playstations current 'exclusive' strike that xbox does not have? well i guess not but even they can vouch for you that we xbox users are not missing out on anything at all. At first i was negative on xbox getting lack of content to playstation, but when you go into politics, profits and perks for your people such as playstation users, then its only big kudos for sony for actually putting extra in for extra to draw in more players, unlike microsoft who rather splash out on purchasing minecraft and puts it on the shelf, just saying. if im appauled in any way, it would have to be that xbox are not as connected to me as playstation is, which is sad as i'm an xbox user, sort it out xbox. goodjob bungie thank you for making a beautiful game.

For those of you that can't make $100 in a day's work, you're clearly 12-18 years old or you flip burgers for a living. In which you probably spend 100's of dollars FOR that fast food within 6 months time (the timespan in which destiny and the two expansions are set to release) If you really want me to do the math on how many cents a day you have to save before both DLC's air then you clearly need to be educated about money.

Destiny is epic One of the top 5 games I've ever played Hope bungie continued to developers content over time. Thank you for your efforts and online experience. Only thing I could want from this game is an offline campaign so I can play solo if in the mood.

32 RepliesDear Bungie, How hard would it be to add more things to do in the Tower? Social stuff like a futuristic Fussball, target practice (shoot alien heads on a timer!) darts or pool... Something you could do and challenge other Guardians who want to do social stuff and perhaps make some Glimmer wagers for fun? Anyone else with me on this?

I want to chime in here. I believe that Destiny has the potential for becoming an epic franchise, however I do think that Bungie devs do need to take some of the ideas and complaints logged in these forums to heart if they want that to become a reality. Lack of PvE story content and repetitive gameplay does lead to boredom, even for casual players. I love the idea of having weekly events that pit the enemies of the city against an open field of guardians on earth or other planets, such as an invasion or uprising. I would like to see more strikes and raids and have elements of variability thrown in at harder modes. More PvP modes would be nice like a big team (12v12) battle or actually get to use and upgrade our ships! These are just some of my thoughts on the long term future of the game. I am undecided on buying the DLC right away.

6 RepliesHype train! All aboard! This dlc looks amazing. Please take what the complainers say seriously, but not too seriously. We all love the game, and if they deny that then they are too far up their own bum to know. Game is great dlc looks deep. Lots of great looking new armor/ weapons. Only want now is more subclasses!

No third subclass yet? Dang, was hoping to rock a Solar Titan :). Excited for the new content though! That image of Crota at the bottom gave me shivers the first time I saw it. Also, glad I got the game on PS4 for the exclusive content.

Why is there no sword in this DLC?? Make it an Exotic Secondary Weapon! "Fellas, I got a fever, and the only prescription is more sword." haha
