1 ReplyStill the most popular game in my friend list. One of the few games that my friends will play at the same time, honestly I couldn't care less if a game was good or bad. In the end if I have fun and have a few laughs and I can say that for at least 60 days, with that being a dollar a day, then I've got my moneys worth.

6 RepliesOk i read an interview from president of bungie, maybe. What i understand is that the content on disk but locked, is not in the DLC. So it was just cut from game cuz it was not finished before release. And with all this cut content, they still released on time while charging same price. So we all bought an unfinished product without being told it was incomplete. And paid full price. But bungie advertised, and still does, that it is everything it is not. And now they want a load more money for a seemingly small fraction of material. I say NO! I will not support a crooked company any longer.

this reminds me of diablo 3....all that hype, and expectation....then you play it and its a broken ruined mess that people eventually get fired over. i guess farcry 4 is the next big thing....where is bethesda when you need them....i would wager half of one of my balls their next game will be mind blowing...

Unless my free expansion pass works; I won't be buying the DLC. I'm not paying as much as my playstation friends while getting half the content. In fact, I'm not putting a nickle in this game until the exclusive content is lifted. /Xbox owner.

20 RepliesSorry Deej but I have to tell you. The amount of content you get with the DLC is not enough for the asking price. To tell you the truth it should've been complimentary. I know a lot of people work hard on Destiny and there is no way you can keep up with our gameplay hours but it must be said that it's not worth paying $ 20 for. What does World of Warcraft expansion give which is $50: - A new continent with 7 New zones, 1 pvp zone - Housing (Building a garrison) - 7 new dungeons (Strikes) 2 Raids - 3 new pvp maps - 10 levels - New abilities and talents - HUNDREDS of new quests So if I multiply Destiny DLC by 2.5 to get to the same price range we get this - 7ish new story missions - 9 new pvp maps - 6 levels (30-36) - 6 strikes (Xbox gets 3) - 3 raids See what's wrong with the content you get for that price? I, WE, want more PVE story missions. More content for PVE players. Let me pop that dream bubble activision has. [b]Destiny will [u]NEVER[/u] be an Esports giant![/b]

However the consumer is not getting even close to half the content that is in said game. How does that happen? I would not have minded if the original game was much bigger (think Skryim size), but it is not. On top of this, the fact that it seems to be the game is going provide DLC multiple times a year, the price has surely got to reflect the content provided. Bungie and Activision, you will make [u]money[/u]. Keep the people interested, give them what they want, and make the price reflect the content provided. What do you get out of this? A monopoly; a game which lasts 10 years, and goes down in the history books whilst you all get payed for being a part of it. If that's not incentive enough then I do not know what is.

Doesn't seem like much of an expansion. Quite a stretch of the term. But, I won't complain. But seeing as I've never gotten to finish the raid, and the only heavy part of the DLC is the raid. I'll pass on this. And the next one probably if it continues in this fashion. Destiny lasted a for a good bit. Got my moneys worth. But the game was no way close to what was expected(ViDoc's, trailers). Disappointed.

Pokemon does a better job at making people spend money on games they already played with features that should've been there in the first place but they decided to cut it off so they can build up the features then go back and resell everything one more time again. And they still have people who don't play the games anymore still buy them.... Seriously what a crappy teaser

1 ReplyI feel like this isn't the world you have set out to make mainly because when I explore it I feel contained for example, oh hey that looks like an awesome place I can snipe. But can I get up there? Nope. Oh look a cool building to explore I bet I could get there, I got there but I died. Oh hey look a building I can actually get to let's see if I can explore all the floors. Nope just the one and I can't explore all the rooms in this one floor. Oh hey I can see a group of awesome buildings let's see if I can actually explore inside. I should have guessed... No and most of the doors that are open (including the caves) looks exactly the same as the previous one Ive entered. Oooh a door oh wait there's an invisible wall. Should have guessed that. People say that it's our fault for having high expectations but in reality those expectations were well expected because let's face it you're bungie and you make great games with great stories but with this one it doesn't seem like it because most of the caves and open parts of the buildings are a copy and paste. I feel like you guys got lazy and stopped caring about this game. And worst of all you forgot to put the most important thing in a game. And that's soul. Without that you just have another game to waste time on until the real triple A games come out.

90 RepliesOh how I rejoice to see all you Xbox users complaining about a game that doesn't favor Microsoft for the first time in a long time this is what you get for purchasing a console that not only give you less power and doesn't focus on gaming but costed more. I'm fine with the fact that you don't like the PS controller or maybe you just don't like the games that PS has, but that doesn't mean you get the right to complain about the fact that you're not getting all the same content with only a year that you're locked out l. You will eventually get it added where PSN users lose entire game titles to Microsoft so please stop crying so much even though I love to eat your tears, I'm starting to get full!
