4 RepliesI think its f'ing stupid that ps4 players can have exclusive content early on in the expansion pack and we xbox players have to f*** ing wait a year until we get ours and by then a new expansion will come out and the same bullsh* t might happen again. Really bungie is THIS how you treat us. I would rather find an exploit where I can go into the dlc area without spending a ridiculous amount of money for something so small... yes I would rather spent $5 than that $20 your trying to squeeze from us. I enjoy this game REALLY MUCH but the fact you try and give us hand me down dlc's really isn't worth it at all.

$34.99 for two dlc's? I might pay for it if there were more stuff offered. I was -blam!-ed over on just getting the game itself, because what was advertised was a lie. It's still a brilliant game but it's lacking content. These dlc's should have been in the game in the first place, then Bungie should have added NEW stuff into the game. This is probably all Activisions doing in my opinion. The gaming industry is becoming very greedy if you ask me.

I bet we can beat the story missions from this in under 1hour. Also I bet we only get one armor set per class, possibly 1 of each weapon type. I feel like we need more than 1 strike/raid....I mean the game will have been out for 3months come December and you want us to do 1-2 raids over and over? Sounds boring...bungie needs to hire some blizzard employees for advice. Or get a new publisher

23 RepliesHalo DLC was ten dollars. You know what you got? 3 multiplayer maps, maybe one DLC armor, and maybe some weapon skins. COD Map Packs are twenty dollars. You know how many maps you get? 3 Multiplayer, 1 side mode. Pay extra for the weapon skins. This costs twenty dollars, $17.50 if you bought the Expansion Pass. You'll get a crap ton of new, not recolored, but new weapons and armor, 3 multiplayer maps, 3 story missions, a side mission, a raid, and a boost to the level cap. Can somebody explain to me what I'm missing? I don't understand how your money is worth less when you spend it on Destiny.

I have read about people getting refunded $90 by calling up Microsoft and bitching. It'd be a pretty easy sell. Especially if you are an Xbox live subscriber, just say your friend did it and you want to too. :) They will do anything to keep us happy and hooked up to auto debit! I just used bing rewards so it was free money anyways. But now I'm wondering if MS sends the loss towards Bungie, may be worth it if so. I mean it's not like that much new stuff will keep me entertained more than a week.

this game has been a huge disappointment. its fun don't get me wrong, this "expansion pack" is an utter joke. I expected more content at release, everyone did. I didn't let that stop me from enjoying the game. I thought I knew bungie would do the right thing and release a kick ass expansion. Apparently not! -blam!- you, you don't get my money. also pretty sure Activision is behind all this bull crap, I really don't want to believe bungie is a heartless bunch if sadistic bastrards who like to -blam!- over their fans and consumers. your turning the gaming industry into an utter joke.

1 Raid, 1 Strike, 3 new missions/PvP Maps... Content that you can complete in a couple of hours for 20$ SMD Bungie t(-_- t) reminds me of DCUO game, new DLC every month that comes with new missions: solo,duos,raids,weapons, armor, Higher rank etc. And content that last hours as Fu*k and needs weeks to complete. But for 7-9$ or if you have membership you can access all DLC content for free.

3 RepliesWait, that's it? Even with Sony's extras this seems like it's lacking. I figured there would be at least 5 or 6 story missions and more strikes. I'm really getting bored with running the same stuff over and over. This DLC doesn't seem... well, complete. I really like this game, but the lack of content is a major let down. I was hoping December would bring some much needed relief. It will, but it seems the relief will be minor at best.

Although there was data found on the disc I'm positive this is not the first game to have this. I'm sure everyone who played this game knows what making money is about. Let's face it. Games sold over the last few years have had more dlc crap added into its sale pitch as a means to draw players in. Know we all know major games are gonna have dlc and this whole season pass thing is really lame if u ask me because this is the 3rd pass I purchased for a game and I'm really really hopping bungee comes through in the dlc coming up and down the road. I never played the stuff I paid for in bio shock inf as I finished the game very quickly and was board with it fast. Bungie has to be very careful and release enough content spaced reasonably apart that the game doesn't get boarding. What truly worries me is Are they adding enough new armor and weapons that I and others can play every day like we do now that by the time the next dlc hits we haven't already gotten everything or have moved on to something else. I'm close to Lvl 30 and I will start the other classes however being that the new cap is for 32 I see people hitting that fast and that could mean less people playing as they have tapped what there is to do.

Bungie seriously needs to make raid matchmaking. I'm level 28 and never completed the raid I have attempted before but never finished because everyone was busy. I can't get a single group together because of different time zones or people are to busy. I'm stuck at lv 28 because the fcking daily gives me energy I can't even upgrade my armor

My only concern is whether or not this DLC will contain any hint of a story to tell. The Destiny universe seems very hollow right now. Especially each character. Right now my guardian is just a speechless bounty hunter whose purpose is to level up for.....? Hopefully this DLC provides a sense of purpose to the Destiny universe.

5 RepliesA LINE HAS BEEN CROSSED I for one am not going to purchase this DLC and I would like to encourage as many people as I can to do the same. This is a tipping point in gaming history, developers and publishers are currently seeing just how much they can get away with (how far they can push the line). If they can make half a game/falsely advertise a game and still make just as much/more profit from it they will, this will lead to other companies following in their footsteps. They will then push the line even further and will continue to do so until it stops being profitable (when people stop buying their games). I say that this is where we draw the line. They don't care if we aren't satisfied by the half finished game they made as long as they are making more profit, the only way to stop these types of games from being produced is to show them it's less profitable. So join me and don't purchase the DLC. tl:dr- don't buy the god dam DLC [spoiler]bring on the hate (and bungie employees/fan boys)[/spoiler]

7 RepliesWow, you actually get heaps for your money compared to other games that offer DLC! I bought a season pass for Titanfall, they only had 4 multiplayer maps! Wtf! No new titans or weapons or abilities or looks or anything! On Destiny you buy DLC you get multiplier maps, story missions, a strike, a raid, and heaps of weapons and armour! Will definitely be purchasing
