7 RepliesSoooo we are buying the dlc to basically grind the raid to gain 2 light levels? How long is this content even going to last? Considering that your full game has already become highly repetitive and boring, I highly doubt this additional content will last. The only thing about this dlc that interests me is the raid...the raid that most likely was supposed to be in the full game. Usually im not so negative but maybe my expectations for destiny were too high to begin with.

Dear Destiny Please respond to these people they have good ideas and they just want to get acknowledged. Saying that you listen to and read the feedback simply isn't enough. I understand that there are a lot of comments but they need to be addressed. We want you to acknowledge us talk to us; why are you not responding to these people. Every single one of them has spend money on your game and deserve recognition. -A long time fan

I really hope there is a lot of "glazeing over" in this ad for DLC. I do like this game and I do play crucible but im more intrested in PVE. and a new raid is great. Lets hope some mactch makeing comes up by the time this dlc dropps. Nightfall and heroics lack of matchmakeing is really disappointing.

Destiny has its pros and cons, but it's everyone's own opinion on what they think of the game. It cannot be compared to any MMORPG's such as WoW since it has had many years to develop when Destiny has only had about 2 months. I personally enjoy it and continue to play and work for gear to continue to be a great player and supporter of Destiny. I don't understand why everyone is so mad over a company that makes a extraordinary game series (Halo) and makes something different, everyone loses their minds. For example, the Assassins Creed series is completely the same every time but they add one small new feature or change the time period and everyone says it's the best game ever when really it's not. Not saying it's the only game but it's the worst. Like I was saying, the most people who hate on Destiny are probably people who play the game for a day or two and think they know everything about the game. Destiny does require 3 major things to be a good player:1.Time 2.Friends 3.Luck. (Not everyone has it but it does go with the type of game). So I hope this was helpful and I hate to see a game developing company get hammered by hate saying "Worst game ever" "Sucks" "Waste of Money". Hard working people take the time to do their best at what they do to make a product for us as the consumers.

Destiny sold roughly 5 million copies the first week. Halo 3 sold 5 million copies the first day. We know a good game, even back then. After Halo 3 was ODST, umm yes ODST, then Reach, yes Reach, then came Destiny. What did you expect to come next after ODST and Reach? Have fun with Destiny PS3/4 players. I am not buying this dlc for these reasons 1.The dlc only comes with three story missions. I was hoping that somehow they would connect this seemingly unfinished campaign in the dlc, but are instead adding a new story to add to this already vague and confusing universe of Destiny. I really have no hopes for an awesome story to be found in three story missions. 2.Only one new strike is upsetting. I bought a 60 game that came with 5 strikes and a raid, and they want me to pay 20 for one more strike and one more raid? I doubt it will be worth my money. The only reason why I even want the dlc is because I like the idea of trying a new puzzle aka the raid, without having a team of people telling me what to do. I want to be the guy trying to figure it out for the first time. 20$ is too much to pay for that request. Today was the first time I hopped on Destiny and felt as though I have completed everything. All I do is the raid in hopes for that one piece of gear preventing me from being lvl 30. I feel as though I will be stuck in the same boat if I buy the dlc except it will be the struggle to reach 32 instead. Anyone have some convincing arguments as to why this dlc Is worth the money?

For the few that say "they don't make you pay". On paper that is true indeed, but in reality that cannot be sadly. For the players to be interested in playing the content needs to be immersive and a new experience. By adding this and increasing the level cap you keep the maxed players on and they don't get bored. That being said, Bungie decides to charge $20, players stop playing because the invertebrates gives a smaller return, it is restrictive given it will cause problems between expanded and non expanded players. Because of this players will stop playing, like they stated Halo MCC comes out, Far Cry 4 come out, and several others. So the $20 is just ensuring that your best players will leave. Making it free will keep you user counts up and your activity higher during the times of new games releases. Bump is you agree

Stop "fixing" the connection problems. Every time you tards release an update/patch my friends and I keep getting kicked. Tonight I've been kicked to orbit numerous times with every time being a different code name. Pretty soon I'm gonna have a whole f ucking zoo with all the animals here

3 RepliesThe last DLC I bought for a game gave me about 30 hours of additional game play it was $9.99. Are you telling me we get 3 new missions and 1 raid for how much. I don't mind buying DLC for a game if it is going to give me some good playing time but 3 missions that should take no more than an hour a raid that's what 2-3 hours so we are at most up to 4 hours and then we get to play those 4 hours worth for 6 months for the next DLC to come out for what another few hours of game play to repeat for another 6 months. WOW I just don't see myself playing the same missions over and over again. I don't always play the dailies any more and to get on and play the weekly's is getting hard because the people I play with have moved on to other games. I want this game to succeed I enjoy this game I don't mind the grind to much but I really did expect the DLC to have a little more content I don't know we will just have to wait and see but I think I will hold off to get it to see what other people are saying about it before I commit to getting it if I get it at all.

So explain to me why there's only 3 story missions. This is ridiculous, how are you going to salvage what little story if any was in the pre game and now with three story missions expect to salvage anything, come on. Maybe if there was 6 story and 9 strikes with the raid it would be ok. But this. Your losing us guys

20 RepliesOne quick question... Are u saying that when I finally get raid gear. X12 raids so far with one piece! That I will have to dismantle it when this comes out as I will then want level 32 and once upraised the raid gear be pointless. Is this also the same for the weapons? Seems a waste of time then does it not grinding pointlessly now? I may as well put the game away until this is released haven't i?
