yea and i wonder how many of their MILLIONS of xbox user will buy the dlc now now, talk about short term profit margin there, -blam!-ing smart right, open themselves to possible litigation AND piss of roughly 50% of their consumers for the short term buck. they will lose more on the long term, and anyone with a little business sense should've seen that coming.
