Lol. Please, contact a law firm and tell them you want to sue. Then sit back and wait while they laugh at you. The game advertising included information about two expansions that would be out within the first year. The advertising included the names of those expansions and the price they would be. They are offering the first one, The Dark Below, before the end of the year as promised and at the price quoted. That is not false advertising.
