That's some bad luck.
I have three toons.
2 - Have a piece of Raid Armor.
1 - has 2 pieces
I have done 7 raids - meaning fresh to finish.

It's absolute luck - no doubt about that. The bad thing is, all I really want is Aetheon's Epilogue - and they won't give it to me.

Ya that would be nice but I have now gotten 5 confluence. Chatter white at least 12 times like seriously if you get it once maybe have it write that item out of an roll able piece of loot. So that might up the chances of gettinf raid gear.
